About the event
COME TO BEAUTIFUL BLACKSBURG, VIRGINIA THIS FALL AND RUN WITH THE HOKIES! It is the eleventh year of the Hokie Half Marathon and 5K! It will take place Sunday, September 29th, 2024. So come join us in October and earn your 12th anniversary Hokie Bird finisher medal, live bands, beautiful scenery, terrific race support, and some awesome race swag!
Race Info You can register for the 2024 Hokie Half Marathon & 5k on this website or by mailing a hard copy form to RunAbout Sports. The Hokie Half Marathon is limited to 2000 participants and the Hokie 5K is limited to 500 runners and walkers.
Race Start Time: 7:30 am for the half marathon and 8:00 am for 5K. The average temperature at the start time: 55 degrees. The average temperature at 10 am: 61 degrees.
