Virtual Coaching
Welcome (back) Coach Trey Fisher, former RunAbout Sports Roanoke General Manager and now a virtual strength and running coach for us.
Trey has been a personal trainer for 5 years and has been coaching runners virtually for 5 years. Trey has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Master’s of Science degree in human performance. He is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist. All that to say Trey helps people run faster, get stronger and live healthy/active lifestyles.

Join our 12-week virtual group running program, delivered through Final Surge App. With 3 runs per week-2 speed workouts and 1 long run-this rpogram is designed to boost speed, endurance, and fitness for runners of all levels in a supportive group setting.

Join our 12-week virtual group program, delivered via the Final Surge App, designed to enhance running performance and strength. It includes 3 runs per week (2 speed workouts, 1 long run) and daily strength training to boost endurance, speed, and overall fitness for runners of all levels.
