About the event

  1. Wanting to be more consistant with strength training? 
  2. Want to build up bone mass while safelty taking muscles through a full range of montion and funtional movements? 
  3. Have about 20 minutes/day and a set of dumbbells?

This program will be great for your journey toward enhanced efficiency, bone health, metabolism, and more. Muscle quality and integrity is paramount for longevity and vitality, and making small but consistent "deposits" in your safe deposit box of the largest organ in your body cannot happen without intentional effort. 

Make the commitment starting July 1 to do a little something every day to make your body stronger for the long haul as well as a healthier tomorrow. Daily workouts emailed to your inbox for you to complete at your convenience. The key is that you do them!

FAQs

**If you are currently under supervised medical care for any orthopedic issue like back or neck pain, previous injury etc, this program is not advised for you at this time. **

What do I need to be able to this program? A set of dumbbells at no more than 20 minutes/day.

How do I get the workouts? Workouts will be emailed to you every day for you to complete on your own anytime you wish. 

Links to demonstrations of exercises will be provided but if you have additional form questions, you can email training@runaboutroanoke.com for additional info!

Will there be in-person options? Yes, we will have additional in-person workshop opportunities to supplement this month's workouts with guided supervised sessions to help learn structural strength movements geared toward loading bone and generating new bone growth.
