Free Weekly Walks/Runs/Workouts
Join us for any of the recurring weekly meet-ups! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Pub Run distances vary from 2-5 miles, the Deschutes & Ladders workout is an interval style workout modifiable for all fitness levels. The Saturday endurance meet-up distance varies from walking a few miles to running more than 20 miles! Feel free to email us with questions!
