Barbell & Plyometrics Strength Workshops
Ready to take your fitness to the next level under the watchful eye of credentialed professionals? Join us Monday's in February (6:30pm-7:30pm) at UPT performance space for an introductory barbell and plyometric workout. This class is not for beginners, rather those with some lifting experience and are clear of any orthopedic limitations. If you are just starting out with your resistance training journey we recommend the Winter Weights Program!
Registration for the class is $15 and can be paid via Venmo (@RunAboutRoanoke) or cash/check at the shop prior to class time. By registering for the class you acknowledge you commit to pay the class fee regardless of your ability to attend the class. We require 48-hour notice for class cancellations to refund your class fee.
